Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of my cards, once your card has been created, there will be no refunds issued. Once your letter is in the hands of USPS, Handwritten By Halea is not responsible for delays and missing mail. Letters sent first-class with a stamp via USPS cannot be guaranteed and you will not receive a refund if your card doesn’t arrive. Tracking is available as an add-on service and is recommended for buyers peace of mind.
